While we strive to provide the right outfit in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Returns

We accept returns only for dresses that are damaged, incorrectly delivered, or significantly different from the description on our website. Please inspect your rental cautiously upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately at info@glaamshot.com with details and photos. Our team will guide you on how to return the item.

All dresses must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, alterations, or damage. Any dress returned outside these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Since Glaamshot only accepts cash on delivery payments, refunds will be processed exclusively through bank transfer. Once we receive and inspect the returned dress, we will initiate your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow reasonable time for your bank to process the transaction.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be issued if:

  • The dress is returned due to a delivery error or damage.
  • The dress is materially different from what was shown on our website.

Please note that requests for refunds due to personal preference, sizing changes, or last-minute cancellations may not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made.

In accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), any personal information collected for processing returns and refunds, including bank account details, will be handled securely and only used for the purpose of completing the transaction.
